Here, the Taiwanese born, L.A-based darling lets us get to know her a little better
and tells us of her hopes and dreams for the future.

Hello Bella! We see that you go forth between Los Angeles and Taipei. What are you up to in both places and which is more of home for you?
Hi! My family is based in Taipei and I moved to L.A five years ago for college. I attended FIDM and majored in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. Now that I’ve graduated, both places are so unique in their own way but I’m still debating if I should move back to Taipei. L.A has been a great home for me and I’ve learned so much living in L.A. And although it has definitely shaped me to who I am today, Taipei is always still home for me since my family is there.
Describe a typical day in the life of Bella. What would your ideal day be like?
I typically go work out in the morning, follow up with a simple brunch, and in the afternoon I usually do some work at home, paint or hang out with my girls. During evenings, I'll probably have a cute dinner with friends and maybe a movie after.
You’re constantly on-the-go and surprising us with your next move on social media. Tell us more about what you are currently up to.
I'm currently in a transitory period of my life, figuring out my next step. I love finding new inspirations from traveling and am always open to new ideas. Lately I’ve been thinking to move to Shanghai, but I'm still debating, haha.
Any tips for exercise or a healthy diet?
Consistency is the key for exercising! Don’t be lazy! I eat what I want but always have a limit, and I try to keep away from oily foods as much as I can.
We are very envious of your beautiful skin, how do you maintain it and what are your favourite must-have beauty products?
I used to use so many products but I changed my entire beauty routine a year ago. Now I use as little products as I can, and I've found that it’s actually much better for my skin.
My must-have beauty products will definitely be KORA Organic’s Noni Glow Face Oil and Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Super Anti-Aging Serum.
You have posted videos online of you singing and your voice is beautiful. Would you ever or have you ever considered becoming a recording artist?
I love music so much I don’t think I can live without it! I would love to become a recording artist if there’s a good opportunity and if the timing is right.
How would you describe your style of singing and which artist do you look up to?
Definitely R&B and pop music.

If you could raid someone’s closet, whose would it be?
Hahaha, definitely Arissa Cheo's!
Your must-have items in your wardrobe?
Jean jacket, and a cute pair of black boots. These two staple items can go with all kinds of outfits.
How would you style a couple of your favorite pieces from ARISSA X?
I’m obsessed with the AURORA Sweetheart Mini Dress 'cause it can be both casual and formal. It looks really cute with white sneakers in the day time and sexy with heels in the night.
Your posts on Instagram are really bright and cheery. Would you consider yourself a positive person and what keeps you happy?
I think I’m a pretty positive person and I always try to tell myself, “You are happy”. Three simple words that serve as a daily reminder to keep up the positivity. Being grateful about the little things also keeps me happy.
You visit art galleries and museums quite a bit, who is your favorite artist, which is one piece you would pick for your home, and why?
Mel Bochner. I like his pioneering use of language within the visual arts. I really love this new “BLAH BLAH BLAH” piece from him because the color combo is so beautiful and it matches the decor of my house.
What is your spirit animal?
The elephant; elephants are so full of love and loyalty.
What would surprise people about you?
I collect love poems.
I’m a hopeless romantic.

Three things— tangible or intangible— that you can’t live without?
Family.

Most memorable moment in life so far?
I volunteered at an orphanage in Cambodia a few years ago and it was such a life-changing experience. The kids there are so pure and easily content even it’s just something as simple as us playing with them for a few hours. That makes me realize that people nowadays are hardly ever satisfied with life. We are always looking for more when we should take a moment to appreciate and be grateful with what we do have.
The smiles on those kids will forever be etched in my heart.
Any plans and goals that you hope to achieve and where do you see yourself in the future?
I hope to build up my own business in the future, and my life goal is to have a cute family with the person I love.
